Can More Than One Person Work on a Project at the Same Time?

Yes, on Practice and Firm. Several people edit the same plan, with open pages refreshing about every ten seconds and a real conflict model underneath: different fields of the same row both keep their edits, and on the same field the later edit wins, the person whose edit lost is told, and both changes stay in the server's change log. A delivery lead and two consultants can work a cutover plan together rather than passing a file around.

Solo ships with one seat, so in practice one person edits it, not because the product can't do more, but because that's what the plan includes.

Can I Get My Data Out?

Queries, timesheets and the timeline also export to Excel, and the Status Report to PDF. Leaving is deliberately easy, which is the only credible answer when you are asking a firm to put client delivery plans into a young product.

Does It Work Offline?

No. Every project is a cloud project, which is what makes several people editing the same plan possible, so it needs a connection. There is no offline or local-only mode today.

Is There an API?

Early access, on Firm and Enterprise. The gateway that the application itself talks to sits behind your firm's single sign-on, and it is not yet a documented, stable public interface. Talk to us if a PSA, a BI tool or a client's system needs to connect to it.

Is This Useful If My Projects Are Nothing Like a System Implementation?

Probably, if the work is phased and somebody has to sign it off. The phases, gates, readiness model and migration reconciliation are not industry-specific; they are what structured delivery work has in common, and you bring your own task list either way.

The test is the shape, not the sector. If your engagements have a discovery, a build, a moment where something goes live and a handover at the end, this fits. If they have none of those, it does not, and we would rather say so.
